Sunday: 

Sojo Melt with Fries: Sauteed all natural ground lamb w/onions, garlic, Armenian soujouk spices, served on a Neomonde Bakery 6” hoagie. Slathered with cilantro-jalapeno hummus, dill pickles, melted provolone and mozzarella cheese, Roma tomatoes & shug (jalapeno/cilantro hot sauce). 

Monday: 

Vegetable Curry over Mediterranean Rice: A medley of vegetables sauteed and spiced with turmeric, mixed spices, served over Mediterranean rice (Vegan)

Tuesday:

Spaghetti with cream sauce: Spaghetti noodles with beef bechamel sauce in tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese and baked.

Penne Pasta: pasta with Alfredo sauce

Wednesday:

Lamb & Cauliflower Stew over Lebanese Rice: Sauteed lamb with cauliflower, spinach, coriander, and garlic in a tomato broth. Served over Mediterranean rice.  

Thursday:

Salmon Stew over Turmeric Rice (Gluten-Free): Salmon slowly cooked in a spiced tomato sauce served over turmeric rice. (Gluten-Free)

Friday: 

Salmon Kabobs with Batta Harra (fried potatoes with garlic, cilantro): Marinated salmon kabobs with garlic, sumac, and served with Battata Harra (Gluten-Free)
