For those embracing plant-forward eating or seeking lighter options, our Harvest Lentil Salad is both vegan and gluten-free. French lentils mingle with red cabbage, celery, carrots, cilantro, and red onions, all dressed in a tangy pomegranate-carob molasses dressing. It's bright, satisfying, and perfect for January.
When the weather calls for something warm and comforting, our Butternut Squash & Bean Soup delivers. Roasted butternut squash and cannellini beans come together with cabbage and warm spices like turmeric, curry, cumin, and sage in a chicken broth base. It's gluten-free and wonderfully soothing.

If you haven't tried bouza yet, you're in for a treat. This traditional Lebanese stretchy ice cream is unlike anything you've had before, and we've crafted two mouth-watering variations this season:
Dubai Chocolate Bouza is for the chocolate lovers. Imagine rich, creamy chocolate bouza filled with pistachio paste, then rolled in toasted Kataifi dough and crushed pistachios, finished with delicate gold leaves. It's decadent, irresistible, and absolutely unforgettable. Each roll is hand-crafted by our team, which means no two are exactly alike. A truly one of a kind dessert!
Ashta Bouza Rolls bring together our signature Lebanese ice cream with crushed pistachios, fluffy Turkish cotton candy, and dried rose petals. It's a beautiful balance of textures and flavors that feels both nostalgic and entirely new. And if you're avoiding gluten, we can prepare these without the cotton candy—just let us know when you order.
