Monday: 

Vegetable Curry over Turmeric Rice (vegan, gluten-free): Light & delicious vegetables slow simmered with aromatics, onions, garlic & ginger. Served over golden turmeric rice.

Tuesday:

Penne Pasta with Alfredo Sauce (vegetarian): Penne pasta with Alfredo sauce.

Wednesday:

*NEW* Chicken & Vegetable Curry: All-natural chicken thighs, vegetable medley stewed in curry spices. Served over Lebanese rice.

Thursday:

(RALEIGH) Feta Stuffed Meatballs & Vegetables: All-natural ground beef stuffed with feta cheese cooked with a medley of vegetables in a tomato sauce. Served over Mediterranean rice.

(MORRISVILLE) Salmon Stew over Turmeric Rice: Salmon in a hearty tomato sauce served over golden turmeric rice.

Friday: 

Salmon Kabobs with Batta Harra (gluten-free): Marinated salmon kabobs with garlic, sumac, and served with Battata Harra (fried potatoes with garlic, cilantro.

Saturday:
