The 30 Day Diet, is a dietary lifestyle is characterized by eating a variety whole foods during a period of 30 days where participants remove breads, grains, dairy, legumes (beans or lentils), soy, and sugar from their meals. It is designed to be a short-term reset for restoring health and as a way to identify certain groups of food that may be inflammatory or disruptive for certain individuals.
It includes plentiful amounts of vegetables, natural fats, and wholesome seasonings, as well as moderate amounts of proteins (meat, seafood, eggs), and small amounts of fruit. The goal is to eat meals with very few ingredients (and all pronounceable), that are healthy and wholesome.
